Our Products

Every item is made with love. Most items can be customized if desired. Please reach out to us with your preferred requirements. Some detail in our items may differ due to availability, however, we will ensure that you will still love what you order.

Placing an order

1. Select your products:

  • Click on your product
  • Provide the product name or
  • Save the picture or
  • Provide the Product code (SKU nr)

2. Orders can be placed by sending the above information via the following methods:

Payment

You will receive an invoice via e-mail or whatsapp with our banking details.

For cash deposits, please ensure to add the bank charges.

Please use the invoice number on your invoice as reference when making a payment.

As soon as we receive payment confirmation of your order, we will get your order ready for delivery/collection

We accept the following payment options:

  • EFT
  • Cash (if situated in Bloemfontein area)
  • Debit or Credit Card payments (if situated in Bloemfontein area)

Waiting period                 

Our production period is 2-5 working days.

For large orders (more than 10 items), please allow 2 weeks production time.

If there is a delay (when items are sold out), you will be notified.

Please allow an additional 2-5 days waiting period for delivery.

Shipping

We use The Courier Guy as our standard delivery service

Shipping costs of average packages is R100, it may differ for packages larger than 6kg.

We only deliver in South Africa

No orders will be sent until full payment has been received.

Delivery may take 2-5 working days.

Our products are available for collection in Bloemfontein area at no additional cost. Pick up address will be provided when your package is ready.

Our products are available to view/buy at the Langenhoven Market on Saturdays from 7:00 – 12:30.

Tracking of order

Once we send your parcel, you will receive a courier reference number to use for tracking your parcel on the courier website:

The reference number will not reflect immediately, please allow up to 24 hours.

Product defects

Please notify us of any product defect within 3 days of delivery.

Send an email with photo’s of the product defect attached to krazykrale@yahoo.com

If it is indeed a product defect, please send the parcel back to us, shipping address will be provided and we will exchange the parcel at no additional cost.

Lost or damaged products

No refunds or exchange will be done on any products.

If your item gets lost or damaged after it was handed over to the Courier Company, we will try our best to claim the value of the damaged or lost package from them. If the claim is not approved, Krazy Krale cannot be held responsible for the loss and replacement of your package.

Discount

We offer the following discount:

Free delivery on orders more than R1500

15% discount on orders more than R3000

Agent discount – 5% for every R1000 to a maximum of 20% (e.g. R1000 sales = 5% discount, R2000 sales = 10% discount, etc. Orders for R4000 and more get 20% discount.) 

NB!! Agent discount only applies to agents placing MONTHLY orders starting from the second order
